User account exists in Active directory, but not seeing when browsing target system in sync editor.

A few things to check:

• Are you using a schema class?
  • Perhaps the schema class excludes the user.
• Does the service account in OI have the permission(s) to see/edit the user?
• Do you have multiple connections/domains in the sync project?
  • If you do, have you chosen the correct variable set before doing the browse?
