Oracle EBS connector- Hr template - user provisioning

Hi , I havee setup Oracle EBS connector with the EBS suit template and HR template and my scenario is to provision a user in EBS HR system first.

But I found that HR data can only be imported from Oracle system via EBS connector and out of the box provisioning in to HR system is not supported.

Please suggest how can I enable provisioning into EBS HR system via Oneim EBS connector .

    Just asking, but the EBS HR sync reads identities (or personas) not users from the HR system. Are you really sure that you want to provision new personas into an HR system? This would be unspported. But creating a user in EBS and setting permissions (to access HR) is supported. But do not ask me which permissions you need, I am not an EBS expert.
