What version of OneIM are you using?

What kind of LDAP System are you talking to?

Are you using a synchronization project created by the ootb template?

OneiM version we are using is 8.1.4

ldap system we communicate is FORGE ROCK

yES we are using the OOTB ldap sync project

The error sounds like the ObjectClass of the LDAP object (in OneIM) is different to the objectclass of the object in the LDAP.

when checked both the object class in OneIm and the LDAP ARE SAME. wE HAVE A FILTER SETUP FOR THE bASE.OBJECTclass for the workflow in the ldap sync editor which have a specific object class set. But even when I remove the filter also we are getting the same object class error. Is there any other way to check?
