Adding more parameters to a process

What version are you using? Having the need for more than 13 parameters sounds excessive. Can you explain why you need so many parameters?

I have a script for creating an external identity that takes 22 parameters. I want to do it with a process, but had to do it all with a script, so I too want more than 13 parameters..

What version of OneIM is it?

You would need to name your custom parameters ParameterValue13...ParameterValue21 to make it work.

But I suggest thinking about the usage of an object snapshot (XML) in your script to reduce the number of parameters.

It's 8.1.3.
