Generate password for CentralPassword

Hello, I have two Active Directory. When I give a new Person in the table Person, I create an account in a Active Directory and it send the notification with the credentials. Later, if I add a role a this Person, I create an account in the other Active Directory. The password for this account must be the of Employee. In the Password policy "Employee central password policy", I have putted a script for the generation of the password. My problem is that when I give a new Person, in the notification with the credentials, it appear a default password that i configured and it don't the script for generation. How can I use the script? s Greetings.
