Hi,
is it possible to attach a file in a new user request in the IT SHOP?
The only answer that I was able to find, was to use the system tool but is way too complicated for a standard user and requires a lot of information.

There is a component to upload a file in ITShop. But it uploads file on to the file server, not in to DB. And if You would like to have doccuments attached to requests.... don't!
This will quickly become something that is not the purpose of this tool.
If YOu really want to do thsi You will have the possibility in 8.2 to do what ever You like... but don't! 
(You will end up with the implementation that is really complicated and updates will become really complex job)
