Assign AD Groups via Business Role

Question

Hello everyone, Using OIM 8.1.3, I created a business role and assigned multiple AD groups to it. everything works great in these situations: if employees are selected using a dynamic role or if AD groups are assigned to a Cost Center but if I assign a business role to a specific cost center or department, nothing happens. what did I miss? or is a dynamic role preferable?

Referencing the cost center or department at a business role does not lead to any kind of inheritance. But the FK references would allow you to specify a dynamic role condition that would assign all "cost center" members to the business role as well.
