A domain, two domain controllers. Synchronization project Active Directory

Hi,

in One Identity 8.1.4 when creating a new Synch Project with AD connector I have to insert a domain controller during configuration.

But actually I have two of them, so, I'll put only one domain controller, but what happens if that one will be down? Is it possible to insert both of them?

Otherwise, can I put just the domain name? I tried to do that, but when loading the target schema i receive the error : "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I myself would not bother the AD Controller…

I myself would not bother the AD Controller should be pretty reliable.
Just make sure you can connect to another domain controller: change the variable CP_ADServer and "this is important" reset the revision (timestamps) on the start-up configuration.
