Full Managed does not work as expected

Hello,

I have an ADSAccount full managed.

I noticed that the changes done to Person are not propagated to ADSAccount. (for example Last Worked Date)

I noticed also that in TSBBehavior, in the "Full Managed" record, the ITDataUsage field is set to "Only Initially".

Is this the problem? Can I change it in the database or this shoud be done elsewhere?
