Daily synchronization jobs failing

Hi There,

I have configured the default daily synchronization process for AD but currently it has been failing to execute.

Following is the error message:

Error executing synchronization project(Active Directory Domain (DC=DFC, DC=LOCAL))'s workflow (DailyRecon).

Error executing projection step of projection configuration

Error executing projection step synchronization step

Method (Insert Object (Insert)) could not be executed successfully.

Application server returned an error.

Version: 8.1.3

Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately we would need to see more information regarding the error itself. You can gather this from the application server log, as per the following: https://support.oneidentity.com/identity-manager/kb/222032/how-to-collect-trace-logging-for-identity-manager-application-server, as well as the job server log: https://support.oneidentity.com/identity-manager/kb/261074/how-to-enable-trace-logging.

The full error could tell us more with regards to what the issue is. However, it may be permissions.
