How to hide inactive employees while delegating the roles

Hi,

Currently we are using version 8.1.2

While delegating the roles from web portal, users were displayed with the list of all active and inactive users who are reporting to them.

How can we hide inactive users from displaying while selecting the roles ?

    OOTB inactivity does not remove explicitly (directly) assigned objects on disabled employees. If You would use ITShop requests and cancel all requasts after termination of the Employee this would work.

    To hide disabled employees from overwiew You will have to change the user interface settings for very overview form that YOu want to change what is not the most simple thing!

    I would suggest You create a new process that would remove all assignments when You permanently disable employees:
