Notify on sync failure

Created a process on JobQueue with gencondition ready2exe=frozen and jobchainanme=DPR_DPRProjectionStartInfo_Run_Synchronization. Event is FROZENDETECT. However, the custom process is not triggering. Any thoughts?

Tried this Trevor. Process failed but notification didnt trigger. In the Notification on error tab i provided required parameters. Is there a process thats supposed to trigger when sync failes and i have 'Notification on error' checked? I didnt see anything other than frozen event on job queue trigger. Please advise

Have you enabled the configuration parameter for mail notification?

Common\MailNotification

Provided an SMTP server?
