IT Shop - When changing Manager needs to disable the approval workflow

HI All,

I need to delegate access for ITSHOP to HR, in order to create Person.

I have seen that the Manager can be changed after creation, but I need to save immediately the change without submits the change to the new Manager.

How I can do that ?

    Hi,

    I mean that I want to add the new manager when clicking on submit, without the approval of no one.

    But I have found how to do it.

    1- Service Catalog

    2- Service Items - select New Manager Assignment

    3- Change the Approval Policy to SELF-SERVICE

    This behaviour changes immediately the Manager without the approval of no one.
