4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit

Hello,

Can anyone please assist me to resolve a frozen job in process CCC_ESS_PWOHelperPWO Send mail new task for approver at process step "SendRichmail" with below error message

"4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit"

This is an Exchange issue. This error message indicates that the MessageRateLimit parameter in your Exchange receive connector is set to a very low limit.
