When we try to login in the IdentityManager with user and password I get below error.

An exception has occurred while executing the form method F0_ctl00_Main_Main_ControlRef1_Button1_Method.

Could not load file or assembly 'QBM.AppServer.Indexing.Plugin' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

And when I login in AppServer there are no menu.

Could anyone tell us how to fix it?

What version of Identity Manager? Was something recently changed? It looks to indicate that a dll is currently missing. When I check my application server this dll shows, please check if the dll is listed "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AppServer\bin"

Hi, thanks for your answer, my Identity Manager is 8.1.

Yes, this file appears there.

What I did was change the authentication module in the web designer. Now below the string "try single sign on, use the following..." I select 'employee (role based)' and it seems to work now, with my user.
