Withdraw request by the Manager

Hello Experts,

I am facing with an interesting thing. Use case: I am an employee and I am requesting something for myself in the IT Shop. The employee is able to withdraw the request but his manager is not.

Why is that so and am I able to change it?

Hi,

What is the product? An AD group for example?

Are you only using out of the box approval policies?

What version are you running?

Hi Trevor,

I am running Identity Manager 8.1.4 and only using OOTB approval policies. The product is a multi requestable/unsubscribable resource which is modifying the primary department for a specific time.
