Web Portal login and uninstall error

What authentication method are you using? I am guessing Windows Auth with single sign-on. Here is a knowledge base article that details the error you are seeing:

In IIS I have enabled only the Anonymous Authentication. Below you can see the Authentication module in the Web Designer Configuration Editor tool

I have the same configuration mentioned above in another enviroment and It works properly, so I would like to replicate it.
I tried changing my authentication method using the link you provided me, but I got the same error.

Any other suggestions?

You need windows auth and disable anonymous in IIS for this to work. If you are only using Anonymous then the system cannot determine which user you are using to authenticate
