New Installed Manager Web (8.2) is not Working (Session has been closed for security reasons!)

Hi,

we have a fresh installed 8.2 environment. We are trying to run Manager Web, but it does not work. First, we changed the URL described here. https://support.oneidentity.com/de-de/identity-manager/kb/226911/web-manager-login-fails-with-no-errors-displayed

Now, whenever we are trying to login, we receive this Error:

The active session is being used more than once. Possible reasons are: Application was temporary left and reloaded using browser history. Another user is trying to use a foreign session. Session has been closed for security reasons!

Authentication Method is System User.

Any Idea what to do here? I used different browsers and it also happened directly on the server.

EDIT: Here is the Error Log
