I have a product with request properties (using additional information) that is often ordered to multiple recipients. The product does not have the check box "Request properties must be defined separately per recipient", checked. But still, when the product is ordered for multiple recipients, the reuester is prompted to fill inn the text box for each recipient. I have tried checking the box on and off, and I have used other columns than Additional information. We are using version 8.2 of OIM.
Does anyone experience the same, and have an idea what must be done to only fill out once per request procedure?
