Error while accessing Operations Support Portal

Hi All , 

We are getting bellow mentioned error in application logs files while accessing Operations Support portal(One Identity version 8.1.2)

Error while initializing pulgin :QBM.CompositionApi.Plugins.UpdateCheckPlugIn System.AggregateException: One or more errors occured ---> VI.Base.ViException:The service connection could not be created 

Check the connection information for AutoUpdateUserAuth or re-install web application --> System .AggregateException :One or more errors occured . at VI.DB.Auth.AuthModDialogUser<AuthenticateAsync>d__2.MoveNExt()

Can anyone suggest on this ?
