Move the User OU on Primary Department Change

I created an Account Definition that takes the UID_Container from the UID_Container set in Primary Department of the Employee.

That works on user creation.

If I change Primary Department I expect the User OU changes accordinly but on ADSAccount but nothings happens.

What I am missing? need I to push the change?
