Approval by email Request IT Shop

Hello,

I need send email by approve a request IT Shop.

I have reviewed the configuration that I have to fill and I have doubts. The configuration is:

QER | ITShop | MailApproval | Inbox

QER | ITShop | MailApproval | Account

QER | ITShop | MailApproval | Domain

QER | ITShop | MailApproval | Password

How do I fill these fields?

I have a mail that I use for to send to Notifications. Can I use it in the field Inbox?

Currently, I have the erro:

Access mail approval inbox by using supplied account credentials.
    [810222] Error executing script 'VI_MailApproval_ProcessInBox'.
    [0] Error in script VI_MailApproval_ProcessInBox():
    [Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.AutodiscoverLocalException] The Autodiscover service couldn't be located.

Your getting the Autodiscover error because you don['t have an EWS url set here:

QER\ITShop\MailApproval\ExchangeURI

If that config param is not set then it attempts to use auto discover.

I have filled the field QER\ITShop\MailApproval\ExchangeURI.

Now, I have a group of Active Directory and the group have manager. If I create a request of IT Shop for that group, it don't send mail of approve to manager.

What do I need configurate in One Identity?
