System application server cant talk to the DB

We are having installation of One Identity system. Unfortunately one of the configuration were done in not the best way. Right now we could not submit a request within the IT shop because we are receiving the following error

[810143] Database error 15404: Could not obtain information about Windows NT group/user 'xxxxxxxx', error code 0x534.
An error was raised during trigger execution. The batch has been aborted and the user transaction, if any, has been rolled back.

How we could updated the settings of the OI app server so that a system user can logon the allocated database without using the personal account.
