Mark the entry of a job server in job queue overview for recalculation - DBQueue Tasks

Hello, 

Everytime we have alot of load (Due to calculating Assignments etc...) theres one DBQueue Task which doesnt get resolved, or blocks the DBqueue for a while 

Ive seen Several Threads describing this issue, unfortunately not answer shared in Public. 

select * from DialogDBQueue where sortOrder = '29990'  gives around 100000 Entrys from this DBQueueTask at the moment. 

Any Ideas? Ive read that there was an actual "Bug" with a hotfix to it. But im not certain where to find it, or if it actually is the same Behaviour.

Im not sure why the system creates that many of those Tasks in an instance, or where i can check why it doesnt Process.(1100 of those are RunningState 3, Processing but nothing changes)
