Hi,

We are receiving below error while accessing Web portal, 

An exception has occurred while executing the form method F0_ctl00_Main_Main_ControlRef1_Button1_Method.Exception while executing statement Webportal.TSB_BusinessOwner_SystemEntitlementsYou are not allowed to run statement 'Webportal.TSB_BusinessOwner_SystemEntitlements'.

We are using version 8.1.2.

    Hi. Any more details? What are you trying to access within web portal? Did this happen recently, was there  recent upgrade, other recent customizations? Initially, without knowing more, I would suggest looking through web logs, then checking what roles does the user you are using have, and whether these are sufficient to access page (module)/or running operation you are trying to run. hth
