I have below situation.
1. We create AD group and also folder at shared path.
now we want to set created AD group for folder permission.
is it posible to use any process task componante to set folder permission using process.
I can do this using powershell script but before creating any script I want to see if there is any simple solution.

you can use the FileComponent to set permissions in a process. https://support.oneidentity.com/de-de/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.2.1/configuration-guide/52#TOPIC-1800488
You can use one of the tasks to add, delete or modify the permissions (e.g. ModifyFileAccess_Universal). 
You may want to take a look at the process ADS_ADSAccount_CreateTerminalHome, process step Set Rights on TSHome demonstrating the usage.
