in the Webdesigner portal, the images are implemented as background image bitmaps. So unfortunately there is no easy way to apply CSS transformations to these images. You can replace individual images one by one (see here: https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.2/web-designer-reference-guide/41#TOPIC-1723914 , although I am not sure if that can also be applied to table icons), but not all at once.
