Sending a mail to a Distribution List on employee creation

Question

Hello, I need to send an email to a distribution list on a employee creation. 
 I found this 
 
 But I'm not able to change the SendTo to an email address. The field accept only PersonManager as value. 
 How I change it?

I see the following note in mine: 
 This configuration parameter specifies to which employee the random generated password should be sent (Cost center/department/location/Role manager, employee's manager or XUserInserted). If no recipient can be found, the password is sent to the address stored in the configuration parameter "TargetSystem\ADS\DefaultAddress". 
 
 So if the user is not part of a cost center then set it to that maybe and then it will use the email address in the configuration param TargetSystem\ADS\DefaultAddress as notated above. Here you can set the DL.
