When starting a new synchronization project, I'm unable to see the target systems listed in the wizard.

During the installation of the tools, did you select all the target system modules you want to use? If not, that might be an explanation.

Yes indeed Markus. While doing the installation we have setup all the target system modules. My colleagues are able to work with it, but for some reason I'm unable to see anything on the screen.

Just to be sure, please check that you have the necessary DLLs in your installation folder. They should be named like  VI.Projector.<ConnectorName>.UI.dll

Please check other things that could be different from your colleague's setup (type of authentication, user and permissions, connected database, etc).

Hi Markus, thanks for the suggestions that you have provided.

The folder (One Identity Manager 9.0) that I have installed on my local machine is different to the one that was installed on RDP machine, so I copied the folder from RDP and installed it on my local machine. Now, I'm able to see all the connectors. I would mark this question as resolved.
