Cannot change DefaultEmailAddress on Person

Hi

I've just upgraded our production environment to Identity Manager 9.1 and now I can't change DefaultEmailAddress on Person beacuse this appears:

[1025012] Object (Test Test (testtest9999)) could not be saved!
[810306] Error running 'OnSaved' in logic module 'VI.DB.Entities.EntityScriptLogic'.
[810306] Error running 'OnSaved' in logic module 'VI.DB.Entities.EntityScriptLogic'.
[810306] Error running 'OnSaving' in logic module 'O3E.Customizer.O3EMailBox'.
[2133405] This email address 'test.test@acme.com' is already used in table 'Azure Active Directory user accounts' object 'Test Test'.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

I'm not holding my breath though..

  • Hi Markus, I have the same issue, but I don't have any template on AADUser.Mail. I am trying to change the Mailadress of an AAD User (directly in the AAD User, without an associated employee) and I get the same error message. Is there a workaround?

    EDIT: We have 9.1 running. I have just seen, the issue 36088 is resolved in 9.1.1. Is upgrade the only one way to solve this problem?
