status changed by reinitializing jobqueue error

An example of why this is happening is as follows:

1. Job fails once, goes FROZEN
2. Job has been reactivated
3. Job fails again, goes FROZEN again
4. Job goes to LOADED and then the job server is restarted to reinitialize the queue.
5. Job fails again

Just out of curiosity, what version are you using?

OIM version is 9.0

We have connected Successfactor HR using starling connector and Synchronization job is running and running forever.

Job is not going to Frozen, when I see after every 5 to 7 Minutes it goes in true sate and starts again.

WhenI see error handling for process DPR_DPRProjectionStartInfo_Run_Synchronization it is stop on error.

Please see below sync logs and starling logs.

I don't see any error in starling, it reads costcenters and again at some point it starts again from starting.

Sorry, but I think this is something support should handle. I currently have no clue. But did you check the event log on the Job Service for errors that hint at a restart of the JobService?
