System could not load file or assembly ATT.customizer

Hi,

Version 8.2

I'm having an issue when creating a new requestable item in the itshop.

In the job queue the process "object update for object type itshopOrg" is in frozen state with the following error: "FileNotFoundException. Could not load file or assembly ATT.Customizer".

I suppose the issue is with the attestation module, but i already have installed this module.

I can't file the ATT.Customizer file in the job server, but i can find it in the administrative workstation where i installed one identity.

Can someone help me resolve the issue?

you could copy it from another host to the job server

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

i've already done it and it works.

But feeling that this was not the best method because i could be missing other files i wanted to know why the files aren't automatically in the job server if i installed these modules on the database?
