Customize View in upper Menu in the Manager

I would like to customize the view tab in the upper menu. I know where I can activate the TimeTrace and the ProcessView but our customer would remove some other options like "enable document". Does someone know where I can customize that? I couldn't find an answer in the documentation: Menu Items Manager

Some of the features are controlled by program functions like simulation or consistency checks. But you cannot customize the menu items in general.
