Unknown synchronization projects although modules exists and dlls have been imported into the database

Hello all,

After an upgrade to version 9.0 and also importing the cummulative update of this version, the two LDAP Top Secret connectors and the one IBM iLDAP connector are not recognized by the system and are shown as Unknown Synchronization projects.

The LDAP module have been installed and the related dlls are also imported into the database.

What other reason could cause this issue?

  • Hi Georgia,

Could it be that in V9 the 'old' LDAP connector is no longer supported?  In the release notes it states:

The generic LDAP connector is no longer supported. Use the LDAP Connector (version 2).

Although I would have expected existing connectors to be migrated to the version 2.

    HTH, Barry.

  • Hi Barry,

the connectors have been built in version 9.0 as Top Secret and IBM iLDAP connectors, as this was supported by the system after the upgrade and after a few days I guess something changed into the system and they are showing up as Unknown Synchronization project. So, now I am wondering if the module is installed and the dlls have also been imported, what could be the reason for that or if there is any other module that I have to install into the database.
