I am testing a new workflow with an approval level where I want the rquest to be cancelled after a certain amount of minutes if the request has not been approved. For testing purposes I have set the timeout minutes to only a few minutes, but when I test submitting an IT shop request It does not get cancelled after the expected minutes. I see in PWOhelperPWO that the the time set in NextAutomaticDecision is set to some time in the afternoon, and. when changing the number of minutes in the workflow level, it is just added to the value in NextAutomaticDecision. Is there a schedule or a configuration parameter that is set to a spesific time/once a day?
