Error create Account Definition

Question

Hi everyone, 
 This is my first installation.I configured a Business Role To the Business Role I assigned the creation of an Account Definition. When creating the Account Definition, manually, I associated an Employee. Account creation in Active Directory fails by generating the following frozen: 
 2023-03-24 21:35:35 +01:00 - Error - \SRV-02 - VI.JobService.JobComponents.HandleObjectComponent - d9167d61-a530-4126-b1ae-7b833b2e2f61: Errors occurred [810306] Error running 'OnSaving' in logic module 'VI.Common.Customizer.PwdPolicyColumnEntityLogic'. [810359] The value of 'Password' on 'Active Directory user account' did not match the password policy restrictions of 'One Identity Manager password policy'. 
 Is it perhaps a problem in configuring the password to be used when creating an account? Where do you set the default password?
