Hi, in oneidentity 8.2.1, is it possible to send inquiries for attestation case to a group of people (e.g. the service desk employees whose the person who created a new employee belongs to) instead of a single person.
To clarify, I configured OneId in order to allow a SD user to create new employees from the web portal, then an approval workflow starts and I would like to allow the approver to send inquiries to the SD team, and all users of the SD team would be able to access the portal to answer the question.
Moreover, is it possible in the same context, to allow other "informed users" to access the portal and see the open attestation about new employee but without be able to deny or approve the request, just access the web portal and see the same of what the approver sees except of the buttons "deny" and approve"?
