Hi,
We have a workflow consisting of multiple approval levels, in each level we set the GroupA as fallback approver to avoid request abortion
The first approval level is the Line Manager of the recipient, in case the Line Manager field (PersonHEad@Person) is empty, the request goes to GroupA.
The question is : If we set a line manager for the recipient while the request is on the level of GroupA ,does the system calculate again and send the request to the line manager or we should do a new request to take into consideration the update?
