Error: Script block VI_AttestationCase_GetRemoveMembershipActions not found. in web portal

Hello,

OneIM Version 8.1.2

We have configured Manager Attestation in our client environment and while testing the attestation with denial operation, the save button was not there in the UI to complete the request and I got the below error. This happens only with denial operation in attestation and not while approving it.

Script block VI_AttestationCase_GetRemoveMembershipActions not found.
