System warning 'no assemblies loaded'

Hi all!

After update from 8.1.x to 9.1.1 we get the above mentioned warning in the taskbar of every tool.
Compiler runs without errors, at first glance everything seems to be OK.
What could be the cause and how can we solve this?

The warning (no error) points to entries in QBMFileRevision having a FileSize = 0.

In Object Browser you can filter for those entries with the condition FileSize=0
