Hello everyone,
We are using OneIM 9.1. We are getting an odd error while we are trying to login to web portal by Web Designer. We can login to Web Portal through browseres but we cannot login to Web Portal through Web Designer. Error: "You are not authorized to use this database". Does anyone have an idea why this problem occurs?
