Is there a procedure to upgrade SQL server from version 2016 to 2019 before migrating One Identity Manager from 8.1.5 to 9.0 LTS?

We don't have a guide for 8.1.5 anymore but the steps are the same as presented in the 8.2 guide. This knowledge base article will provide the correct documentation to accomplish this:
