Permanent cancellation of identity

I have a test environment Identity Manager ver. 9.2 and I want to delete all identities and accounts imported from Active Directory, clean everything. I try to delete but the identities and accounts remain in the recovery state.

When you delete objects they have a default deferred deletion date set to 30 days from the day you delete them. This is the out of the box setting in Designer for the various tables. If you look at the Person or ADSAccount table you will see this deferred deletion date value.
