Web Portal error: HTTP Error 503. The Service is unavailable.

v9.2.1

We have done a fresh installation and are encountering a 'Service Unavailable' error when trying to access the web portal. We checked the below KB article, but the issue persists. Any assistance would be helpful.

Service Unavailable

I had uninstalled and reinstalled the web portal. Now it gives the below error while trying to access. https://postimg.cc/Jy26Zn6F Any suggestion please?

If you navigate to the page from the web host it will provide the actual error message, where you are accessing it from a remote host it will not provide the actual error message unless those settings are configured.
