"Local change watching failed to load DgeDriver" after deploying an Agent on to Windows Server 2022

Hi team,

I have an issue with the following error after deployment of the agent

I also checked the certificate from DgeDriverx64.cat. This certificate has expired. Could you help confirm if this is the root cause? Thank you.
