MakeDecision Index Outside the bond

Hi All,

      I have installed configured D1IM 7.0.2 version, then published groups. Then i requested a group from web portal and got Index outof box exception while executing MakeDecision method.

 

Version: D1IM-DGE 7.0.2

DB: MS SQL Server

 

I'm using OOTB workflow and process. Any idea how to fix this?

    I tried same use case in my local system, everything working as expected. This is happening in client system?
    Validated QER.xx Dll's both environments are matching.

    Following error recorded in Job Server Log file
