In the old web portal managers could remove entitlements by clicking on a employee in the menu "My direct reports".
In the angular portal "My direct reports" is still there, but it looks very different. I can click on a employee > Memberships tab > system entitlements. Here i get the relevant orders for the person, but there is no way of unsubscribing/cancelling the order?
It seems like the manager now has to do this via the top menu link Requests > Requests History.
If I am correct, this is not a good change for a couple of reasons:
- The managers are used to doing this via "My direct reports" and it's a more intuitive placement compared to the top menu link.
- When going to Requests > Requests History, the manager will see requests for everyone he/she is responsible for and have to start filtering to find what they are looking for. In "My direct reports" it's already filtered for the person you click on.
