The Search Index is Currently Not Available

Hello,

We have an issue with the Angular Web Portal: whenever we try to search something we get the error "The Search Index is Currently Not Available [57263001]". We have tried installing the App Server and running Update index, but it did not work. Can anyone please help?

    How did you configure the connection from the API Server to the database (Direct SQL connection or Application Server connection)? If you used a direct SQL Server connection, did you add the additional Application Server connection to access the search index? Did you install the Application Server used with the search index components?
