When you create a new script in Designer.
Select "Compile script in Designer"
Select the tab "Test script"
Then the newly compiled script isn't preselected and also not available in the scripts list

I have the same error, and I'm also on 9.3.
Sadly, this is not related to the thread Juan Carlos is mentioning. We are tracking this as #480548 now.
Confirmed. You need to commit, compile the db and then reload.
Furthermore. If you rename the sub/function , save it and compile in Designer, you can still call it by its old name using the Test tab.

Seems like a cache thing to me: When I get the list, sometimes I could find the script by its original name, other by the newer one.

Niels, I guess this could be related to https://www.oneidentity.com/community/identity-manager/f/forum/38474/odd-template-behavior-in-9-3 just as well.
