Display problem in the Manager

What version are you using? Did you set the list limit and to what value?

Thank you for your answer. 
We are using 9.0 LTS CU3.
Database > Settings > Enable list limit is checked and the value is 5000 (default I guess).
When I uncheck this box, the behavior is unfortunately unchanged.

What is the "manager console" ? Where can I find it ? 

Bad wording from my side, open the manager go to the bottom right find the user account icon, click on it, and check if the mentioned permission group or program function has been assigned.

Thank you, I confirm I don't have the permission group "Common_allowriskywhereclause " and I don't have neither the program function "Common_allowriskywhereclause". By the way, maybe that explains why I am regularly rejected by the object browser when using a basic "like" filter with an error message that suspect an "SQL injection"? This is especially disturbing since I have those errors. 

How could I benefit from those privileges again ? 

I say "again" because I didn't have those behaviors a few months ago and I don't understand how I lost them. In parallel I guess my colleagues still have them because they don't have the same problems than me.

Now what is the tool in which I can assign those permissions ? 

It depends on your permission or role model used. If you are using a role based login, you need the additional application role assigned that you‘re colleagues are using. If not, you need to assign the permission group to your user in Designer.

Your answer allowed me both to solve display issue in the Manger and the "SQL injection" error message in the Object Browser. 
Root cause was the fact I mistakenly selected "Active Directory user account (role-based)" as authentication method instead of  "Active Directory user account" and I was not assigned the usual "System user". 
I really appreciated your answer.
